What power & space requirements do you have?
We’re flexible with setup and can fit comfortably in most spaces — we just need a 6′ by 5′ area and one standard electrical outlet for our hotplate to make chai fresh on-site.

Do you offer any alternative milks?

What do I get when I book Ponder?
You’ll get a full café experience — drinks made fresh on-site, friendly baristas, and a setup that adds warmth and charm to your event. We take care of everything from ingredients to cleanup.
Should I tip baristas?
Tips are always appreciated but never expected. Our team ensures great service no matter what.
How long does it take to set up?
We typically need 45-60 minutes to set up before service begins. Everything is done quietly and efficiently so we’re ready right on time.
